The day on which you approve the digital proof or make the payment does not count towards the delivery time.
If you need to pay in advance, the delivery time starts as soon as the accounting department confirms the receipt of payment to our order management.
The delivery time depends on the carrier delivering the package. We have no influence on delays with these parcel services.
To print your print material as sharply as possible, we would like to receive a vector file from you. We can enlarge and reduce your logo, text, or image in this file without losing quality. In addition, these files are suitable for printing.
PMS stands for Pantone Matching System. A PMS color is the same everywhere. This ensures that the color that is printed is always the same. Even if it is printed in different printing companies. We can approximate the PMS color for you if necessary. You cannot reject the order afterwards based on the printed color.
