1. Do you have a vector file?
As mentioned, we are happy to help you convert your logo. However, we prefer to work with original files. We therefore always ask you for the original file first. After all, this was created for your company and is always exactly as it should be. If we convert the logo, it will be redrawn by a computer or person, which can lead to distortions. Have you had something printed before? We can often also extract the logo from the old digital proof.
2. No vector?
If you cannot provide us with a vector file, we need a basis to start with. For this, please provide the largest possible file without having enlarged it yourself. If you enlarge the logo yourself, it will become very pixelated, which will compromise the quality of the conversion.
3. We convert your logo for you!
After receiving the file, we will convert the logo for you. Because tracing a logo is done by hand, it can take up to 24 hours before we have the logo ready for use. As soon as we have the logo ready, we will immediately create a digital proof for you.
